Erika Hale

Erika (Githens) Hale, SHRM-CP has several years of experience in human resources, with roles at Des Moines Water Works, Planned Parenthood of the Heartland, and Heritage Payroll Services. Erika has provided guidance and counseling to managers and employees on various HR functions such as performance management, staffing, disciplinary procedures, policies and procedures, legal issues, and compensation issues. Erika holds a BA in English from the University of Iowa and an Associate of Arts (AA) from Des Moines Area Community College.
