Niksha Nath

Niksha Nath is an experienced HR professional and entrepreneur with a focus on human resources management. Currently serving as Associate Manager - Lead HR Generalist and BPM at Vedanta Limited in the Aluminium Business since August 2022, previous roles include Assistant Manager - Lead HRBP and co-founder of Globalage Poetry, an online literary community launched in 2018. As Curatorial Chief at Globalage, Niksha leads a team dedicated to reviving poetry for readers. Additionally, Niksha co-founded Antistrophe Quarterly Review and worked as a Human Resources Manager, while contributing to Team Everest NGO as a Curriculum Writer for a project aimed at educating underprivileged girls. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resource Management from the Faculty of Management Studies and Research at Aligarh Muslim University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the same institution.
