Heather Francis Imhoff

Heather Francis Imhoff is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Communications at Des Plaines Public Library since February 2008, Imhoff is responsible for marketing communications, community relations, and strategic planning for an award-winning library catering to a community of 62,000 residents. Previously, as Executive Director of the River North Business Association from 2004 to 2008, Imhoff developed marketing initiatives and advocated for local businesses. Earlier roles include Managing Director of Marketing at Merchandise Mart Properties Inc., where strategic marketing programs supported major events, and Marketing Manager at Enesco, focusing on sales and marketing materials. Imhoff's career began at H2O Plus as Assistant Store Manager, managing retail operations and sales. Imhoff holds a BA in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
