Customer Service Specialist at Desana

Angie McLuckie has worked in various roles since 1999. Angie began their career at Scottish Widows as a Customer Service Representative, progressing to a Mentor/Coach/Trainer within a couple of years. Angie then had a 9 month secondment to the Management of the Corporate Call Centre Team. In 2012, they became a Freelance Customer Experience Trainer for Port of Leith Housing Association, where they designed and produced Training Materials aimed specifically at school leavers and up to the age of 20. Angie then moved to Pink Milk Creative in 2014, where they created and reproduced hand made designs for sale and exhibitions. In 2018, they became Self Employed at Urban Sno, where they provided Instagram Styling, Strategy, Management and Training for Creative Businesses. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Desana as a Customer Service Specialist.

Angie McLuckie has a varied education history. Angie completed a HND Diploma in Design at Cumbria Institute of the Arts between 1991 and 1993. Angie then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and Marketing from Northumbria University between 1993 and 1996. More recently, they completed a course in Social Media Management at Digital Mums in 2017 and 2018.
