Katie Chao

Katie Chao is currently serving as a Project Manager and Consultant at JED Consulting since October 2023. Additionally, Katie Chao holds the position of Equity Analyst at Desautels Capital Management, Canada’s only student-run, fully registered investment firm managing external funds worth $2.5 million AUM, starting February 2024. Previous roles include Private Equity Summer Analyst at PSP Investments from May to August 2024 and Summer Analyst at New Silk Road Investment from May to July 2023. Katie Chao is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors in Investment Management and Computer Science at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, expected to graduate in May 2026. Additionally, an exchange semester was completed at King’s College London from January to May 2024, having completed secondary education at Princeton High School from September 2019 to June 2022.
