Supervisor - Prevention And Health Promotion - School-based Programs at Deschutes County

Aimee Snyder, DrPH, currently serves as the Supervisor of Prevention and Health Promotion for School-based Programs at Deschutes County since September 2021. Previously, Aimee worked as the Health Promotion Program Manager for Lincoln County and contributed as a Committee Member for the Public Health Planning Advisory Committee in Benton County. Aimee has extensive academic experience at Oregon State University, where Aimee taught various undergraduate public health courses and led a study abroad program in London. Aimee's earlier roles at the University of Arizona included Graduate Research Assistant/Maternal and Child Health Fellow, Program/Study Coordinator, and Teaching Assistant, focusing on community health initiatives and education. Aimee holds a Doctor of Public Health degree in Maternal and Child Health from the University of Arizona, complemented by a Master's in Public Health and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education.
