Christine Pagano, MS, RD, currently serves as the WIC/PCC Supervisor at Deschutes County since August 2022. Previously, Christine coordinated the Data Modernization Initiative for the State of Alaska Division of Public Health as a DMI Project Manager with the CDC Foundation from January to August 2022. Earlier experience includes managing the WIC/SNAP-Ed Program for the Municipality of Anchorage and serving as a WIC Coordinator/Registered Dietitian with the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. Christine's career began as an Administrative Assistant at Power Trip Rentals, and additional roles include dietetic intern at Western Michigan University, Program Assistant at Stone Soup Child Care Programs, swim instructor at South Bay Aquatics, volunteer farmer at Farm Lot 59, and Summercise Intern at Norton Sound Health Corporation. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama and a degree in Dietetics, Food Management and Nutrition from California State University, Long Beach, along with a minor in Chemistry.
