Tom Montag

Tom Montag serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Rubicon Carbon since September 2022. Montag is a member of the Board of Trustees at both Northwestern University and NYU Langone Health, and holds board positions with the Deschutes Land Trust, The Japan Society, and The Hispanic Federation. With a substantial leadership background, Montag previously worked at Bank of America as President of Global Banking and Markets and Chief Operating Officer from August 2008 to December 2021, and was a Partner and Global Co-Head of the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs from 1985 to 2007. Montag's educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
