Rosalpina Wong Rubin de la Borbolla

Rosalpina Wong Rubin de la Borbolla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Descifra since January 2018, Rosalpina previously founded and led Telus. Inteligencia Geopolítica from March 2013 to 2018, focusing on precision intelligence for political analysis using geographic information systems. Additional roles include a consultancy at MapData from October 2011 to January 2013, serving as an advisor for the Health Commission at the Cámara de Diputados del Congreso de la Unión de Mexico from January to September 2011, and participating in social service at the Presidency of the Republic of Mexico in 2009-2010.
