Loy Mendoza

Loy Mendoza is a seasoned construction and engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Desco Incorporated since March 2023, Loy oversees the 5km Alvenius Conversion to SRPE/HDPE Pipe project. Previous roles include Project Manager for the rehabilitation of a 2.0km Cross Country 20" OBHIS line and various managerial positions at renowned companies such as Wood, GJB Construction, MEW Sdn. Bhd., Cameron, Husky Energy, and CH2M. Loy's career spans over two decades, during which notable projects include the Quad 1 Aeropark Project and significant offshore engineering roles. Loy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology/Bataan Heroes Memorial College.
