DESCO Investment Company is a North Carolina-based land development firm that purchases, entitles, develops, and subdivides real estate into buildable lots for our nation's largest homebuilders. DESCO actively seeks the input of local communities and interested parties as we rezone, entitle, and physically develop our properties into finished communities. With a local presence in each of our projects, we have the advantage of a greater understanding of all land sites and have developed strong relationships with city officials, engineers, surveyors, and planners in efforts to better serve the surrounding community.
