Danilo Moura

Danilo Moura is the current VP of Strategic Finance at Descomplica. Prior to this, they served as a Fiscal Council Member at Banco do Brasil Cartões from January 2020 to December 2021. From January 2019 to December 2020, they were the Director at SUSEP - Superintendência de Seguros Privados. Danilo has also been a Sloan Fellow MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management from January 2018 to December 2019. Danilo has over 10 years of experience in finance and has held various positions such as Director of Finance Latam at Harsco Environmental from January 2014 to December 2017 and Investment Analysis Specialist at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional from January 2007 to December 2010.

Danilo Moura has a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Global Leadership, Management, and Innovation. Danilo also has a Master of Laws from Ibmec in Corporate Law and an MBA from Ibmec in Corporate Finance. Finally, they have a degree in Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in Civil - Industrial Engineering. Danilo also has a Sustainability Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

They are on a team with Roberto Grosman - COO, Rafael Cunha - Chief Learning Officer, and Tati Costa - Chief People Officer. Their manager is Marco Fisbhen, Founder & CEO.
