Andrew Birschbach

Andrew Birschbach is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Vice President of M&A and Strategic Finance at CenExel since 2021, following a role as Director of M&A at the same company. Prior to CenExel, Andrew held managerial positions in finance at Alignment Healthcare and gained extensive experience in corporate development at UnitedHealth Group, where progressively advanced from M&A Analyst to M&A Senior Associate.
