Pedro Siciliano Peixoto

Pedro Siciliano Peixoto is the current Chief of Staff, Head of Strategy & M&A at Descomplica. Prior to this, they were a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from February 2018 to November 2018, and then Head of Strategy and M&A from April 2019 to May 2021. Peixoto has a focus on Strategy & Corporate Finance, and has worked in industries such as Telecommunications, Finance, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Steel/mining, Oil & Gas (upstream and downstream), and Power Generation.

Peixoto attended the Instituto Militar de Engenharia, where they earned their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. Pedro then participated in an exchange program at The University of Manchester, where they studied project management. Peixoto also holds a certification from the University of Cambridge ESOL in Certificate in Advanced English.
