Rafael Cunha

Rafael Cunha is currently the Chief Learning Officer at Descomplica. Rafael has previous experience as a director at Colégio e Curso Pensi, where they were responsible for the operational and administrative management of a network of schools. Prior to that, they worked as a professor at Colégio e Curso pH, where they prepared students for college entrance exams and the ENEM.

Rafael Cunha holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the UERJ, a Master's in Business Administration from IBMEC, and certification as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Rafael also has a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Setec Consulting Group.

Rafael Cunha works with Pedro Siciliano Peixoto - Chief of Staff, Head of Strategy & M&A, Roberto Grosman - COO, and Manoel Almeida - CTO. Their manager is Marco Fisbhen, Founder & CEO.
