Azmat Fajar (CHRMP)

Azmat Fajar is a Human Resources Specialist currently working at Descon since November 2023. Previously served as an HRBP at Value Marketing from November 2022 to September 2023 and held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at Shahkam Industries(Pvt) Ltd from April 2022 to July 2023, along with a role as Sr. Officer Human Resources. Azmat also has experience in digital marketing, having worked as a Digital Marketer at Instagram from November 2019 to December 2022 and as a Social Media Marketing Consultant at Bunny’s Limited from July 2020 to July 2021. Other roles include serving as a Student Brand Ambassador for the State Bank of Pakistan, with a focus on building brand engagement from September 2021 to May 2022, and positions in international communications at Orbit Advertising and Event Management. Azmat's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences and a brief program in Digital Marketing from the Virtual University of Pakistan.
