Muhammad Azhar TSP, GradIOSH, possesses extensive experience in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Environment Health Safety Lead at Descon since October 2020, Muhammad Azhar has previously held key positions such as Lead HSE at Doosan Babcock and various HSE roles at ETA Group of Companies, Pakistan Oilfields Limited, and the Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority. A graduate of Hazara University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Microbiology, Muhammad Azhar specializes in steering HSE project plans, ensuring compliance with international standards, and analyzing HSE data to enhance safety practices.
