Prior to their current role, Nadeem worked as a Senior Structural Engineer at Zishan Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd, focusing on designing and analyzing industrial structures. Before that, Nadeem was a Structural Engineer at CGD Consulting and CG Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd, where Nadeem worked on structural analysis and design of various buildings and structures.
