Mahesh Raut

Mahesh Raut is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in motor design and development across various applications. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer in Coil Design at Emerson since October 2025, Mahesh previously held several pivotal roles at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, where contributions included project management for energy efficiency standards and the implementation of cost-saving measures in motor design. With a foundational experience in BLDC and induction motor design from Orient Electric, and earlier roles in R&D at Jayashree Electrodevices Pvt Ltd, Mahesh possesses comprehensive expertise in high voltage motor applications, energy efficiency, and innovative design processes. Mahesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering from MSBTE.
