Jim Elian

Jim Elian is a highly skilled project engineer with over 24 years of extensive experience in construction management, inspection, and transportation engineering. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at d'Escoto, Inc. since May 2011, Jim brings a strong background in pipeline installation, highway demolition and reconstruction, and utility engineering, ensuring compliance with contract plans and specifications from various governmental entities. Prior experience includes a Resident Engineer role at Earth Tech Engineering and the City of Chicago Department of Water Management from September 1997 to August 2009. Jim holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree with a focus on construction management from the Illinois Institute of Technology, earned between 1983 and 1985.
