Billy Hall II has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. William H. (Billy) started their career as an Aircraft Technician at Avcorp Industries in 1984. William H. (Billy) then worked as a Field Engineer II at MCI from 1987 to 1992. From 1992 to 1997, they were a Regional Manager at Hyperion / Adelphia Business / TelCove / Level 3.
In 1997, Billy joined SCC Inc. as the Vice President - PMO and held the position until 2009. In 2010, they worked as the PMO Manager at Ecotality North America and later became an Account Manager at ALTA Telecom.
From 2011 to 2020, Billy served as the Director Professional Services at ADTRAN. In 2020, they joined Dynetics Technical Solutions, Inc. and took on roles such as Business Operations Manager, Manufacturing PMO, and Deputy Director - Manufacturing. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations / COO at DESE Research, Inc. starting from August 2023.
William H. Hall II, CSM, PMP completed their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification at PMI in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2002. In addition, they received a certification in Free Space Optics from LightPointe Communications in 2000.
