Sarah Kauss

Sarah Kauss is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in both board governance and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees at Thorne since July 2021, Kauss also holds the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School and is a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute. Kauss founded and led S'well from 2010 until October 2023. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
