Ulrika Berglund

Ulrika Berglund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and customer experience management. Currently serving as Head of Business Development at Desenio Group since August 2021, Ulrika previously held the role of Head of Customer Experience and Operations Developer at Desenio AB from August 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, Ulrika worked as a Management Consultant at Centigo from August 2015 to August 2018 and completed a Master Thesis at Teknikföretagen in early 2015 after serving as an Economic Analyst intern with the company from June 2013 to August 2014. Ulrika holds a degree from Linköping University and has also studied at San Diego State University.
