Matt Montgomery

Matt Montgomery is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in web development and content management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Deseret Digital Media since March 2013, Matt focuses on front-end and back-end development for a web content management platform. In addition, Matt has been the Managing Editor for RSL Soapbox since September 2012, leading the writing and editorial processes for the Real Salt Lake-focused publication. Prior experience includes a role as a Web Developer at Chums, where Matt contributed to e-commerce platform development, and as a Web Editor for SUU News, overseeing the development of SUUNews.com. Matt holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Journalism from Southern Utah University, completed in 2011.
