Mohamed Shehada, PhD, MBA, PMP, RMP PRINCE2 has over 15 years of experience in project management. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Project Manager at Desert Control, where they were responsible for writing detailed functional specifications, analyzing architecture (functional and technical), defining a functional solution, participating in defining the technical solution, validating project deliverables, leading the coordination and set up of the SLA (Service Level Agreement) between different project stakeholders, and following up different actions, planning, resource utilization, deliverables, and strategizing on the mitigation of project sprints. Mohamed was also responsible for leading business development and acquisition of projects across multiple locations including Al Ain, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, as well as liaising with key decision makers and influencing/facilitating project awards, managing project prequalification phases, and registrations into various government entities. In 2015, they became the Project & Development Department Manager at Bin Hamoodah Trading & General Services L.L.C., where they led the preparation and submission of bid documentation including content, milestones, contingency plan, and project cost drafting and pricing, as well as project execution plan. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at Heliopolis General Contracting, where they managed multiple projects including the Transportation and Roads Improvement Program for Bridges and Tunnels at IP 44 and Sea Palace Intersection, Salam Street 132 KV), Hamdan Street, and Elektra Street, as well as the Long Term Rate Agreement for installation of underground cables, electrical equipment, and OHL and Allied work in Abu Dhabi Eastern Region, and the Development of Electrical Infrastructure Substations HV LV Panels, 22 KV Cables, street lighting etc of Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Project Engineer at Contractors, where they had 8 weeks of training at Brugg cables-Abu Dhabi, 24 weeks of training at the aquaspace-MEP-Dubai company, and 12 weeks at Etisalat- Dubai.

Mohamed Shehada holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Sharjah (2002-2006). Mohamed then obtained an advanced Diploma In Human Rerource Managment from Dover Business College (2015-2016). In 2009-2010, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Finally, they earned a Doctorate of project management in Operations and Project Management from Wilmington University (2012-2015). Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Managing Innovation from LinkedIn (June 2021), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) from Project Management Institute (November 2022), Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (June 2021), and TRACE Training in Anti-Bribery.
