Charles Hollingsworth

Charles Hollingsworth began their career in 1994 as a Marketing Representative for Dixie Crystals Brands. In 1997, they became a Business Analyst and Multidimensional DBA for IDI Gazeley. In 1999, they worked as a SQL Server Database Administrator for Acsys. In 2000, they were a Software Engineer for Clarus Corporation, developing an application named "Clarus View" which allowed for easy creation of multidimensional cubes. In 2001, they became a Systems Team Manager / DBA / Software Engineer for RealTime Gaming. In 2007, they were an Independent Software Consultant for ista North America, architecting and leading the development of a Meter Data Management system. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Director of Engineering for Xaviant, during their "Badass Mage Development" phase. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been the CTO for both XDS and Desert Development Company, during their "Playing the multinational cards your dealt" phase.

Charles Hollingsworth obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 1994, majoring in Finance. Charles then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 1997, majoring in Management Information Systems, General. Charles returned to Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 2004 and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Decision Science - Business Analytics in 2008. In 2009, they obtained both a LEAN certification and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Georgia State University.
