David Vincent has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on general management roles. David is currently working as the General Manager at Desert Door since May 2019. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager at AquaBrew from January 2019 to May 2019. From August 2013 to November 2018, they held the position of General Manager/Director of Hospitality at Stone Brewing World bistro & Gardens, where they managed four restaurant locations and implemented strategies to increase contribution margin and reduce food costs. Before that, David worked as the General Manager at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant for over 13 years, achieving Best of Las Vegas Microbrewery recognition and maintaining expenses below budget. David began their career at Hard Rock Café, serving as the General Manager/Director of Operations from May 1992 to January 2000.
