Justin Estep has a diverse work experience spanning different industries.

Justin started their career as an intern at Leam Drilling Systems LLC in 2011, where they gained valuable insights into the company's operations.

In 2013, they interned at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, further enhancing their skills and knowledge in the industry.

The following year, Justin interned at Ansell, Buffington & Company, CPA, P.C., where they gained experience in accounting and finance.

Justin then joined Accenture in 2015 as a Consulting Analyst and progressed to the role of Senior Consulting Analyst until 2018. At Accenture, they contributed to consulting projects and provided valuable insights to clients.

In 2021, Justin joined Desert Door Distillery as a Distillery Production Specialist, being responsible for processing raw sotol plants and assisting with various production tasks. Justin recently transitioned to the role of Processing Manager in August 2022.
