Rose Eliz, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rose began their career at Osgood ONeil Salon in 2004 as an Organization Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing cost-cutting measures. Rose later became the Operations Manager at the same salon, leading a team of 20 employees and achieving a 23% increase in sales through the implementation of new service programs and marketing strategies.

In 2010, Rose joined Lure Salon as the Director of Operations, where they managed salon operations, budgeting, marketing, and vendor relationships. During their tenure, they successfully increased salon awareness by 35% through media appearances and community events.

Rose then took on the role of North Texas Senior Brand Manager at Salon Source, a hair product supplier and salon equipment distributor. Rose spearheaded the expansion of Davines brand in the DFW area, resulting in a 40% increase in brand awareness and product presence.
