Alejandra “Alex” Santiago is an experienced banking and customer service professional with a strong background in member and customer relations. Currently serving as a Member Experience Associate II at Desert Financial Credit Union since August 2021, Alex excels in establishing relationships and educating members on various products and online banking navigation.
