Donna Fagan has over 25 years of Human Resources experience and is currently Sr. Director of Human Resources for North America at Onsemi, a global leader in the semiconductor industry focused on intelligent power and sensing technologies. Prior to joining Onsemi, she has held various Human Resources business leadership positions at Honeywell and other industries including high tech, manufacturing, retail and distribution. Donna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has been a Desert Financial Associate Board Member since November 2022.
