Massiel Chavez

Massiel Chavez has extensive experience in member engagement and financial services, currently serving as Manager I at Desert Financial Credit Union since June 2016, after progressing through various roles, including Senior Member Engagement Associate and Senior Inbound Engagement Advocate. Prior to this, Massiel held the position of Senior Fraud Analyst at Bank of America from 2014 to 2016, and began a career in banking as a Bank Teller at Desert Financial Credit Union from 2012 to 2014. Massiel holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Audiences from Arizona State University, completed in May 2023, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Glendale Community College.
