Jessica James has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as a Customer Success Manager at Sparkbox.ai, which they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at River Island, where they held various roles. Jessica started as an Allocator in July 2015 and later became a Senior Allocator from April to December 2016. Jessica then worked as an Assistant Merchandiser from January 2017 to June 2019 and as a Junior Merchandiser from July 2019 to August 2021. Their final role at River Island was as a Merchandiser, which they held from August 2021 to August 2022.
Jessica James began their education at Latymer Upper School in 2005, where they completed their GCSEs from 2005 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Jessica continued their education at the same school, completing their A Levels in Economics, Geography, Philosophy and Ethics, and Biology. After a break, they attended the Fashion Retail Academy from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Level 4 Diploma in Buying and Merchandising for Fashion Retail. In addition to their formal education, Jessica obtained the EDITED Retail Certified certification in April 2021.
