Christie Martinez

Christie Martinez is a seasoned professional in training, development, and employee relations with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Training & Development Manager at Desert Mountain Club since January 2022, Christie has previously held multiple managerial roles at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, including Employee Relations and Retention Manager, Employment Manager in Talent & Culture, and Treatment Manager, among others. Prior experience includes serving as Spa Operations Manager at The Boulders, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, and various supervisory roles at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. Christie began their career as Social Director at Gainey Ranch Estate Club. Christie holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Arizona State University.
