Atish Sharma is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in onboarding, compliance, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Onboarding Specialist at DOHC since May 2022, Atish also holds a long-standing position at Desert Oasis Healthcare since July 2018, where roles include Human Resources Compliance Specialist and Human Resources Onboarding Specialist. Previously, Atish worked as a Market HR Recruiter at Sears Holdings Corporation from April 2014 to January 2018 and managed HR functions as District Human Resources for Kmart Corporation from January 2006 to April 2014. The career began at Jack in the Box from January 1994 to January 2006 as a Manager, focusing on customer service and restaurant operations. Educational background includes studies at Modesto Junior College from 1992 to 1995 and a GED diploma from South San Francisco High School.
