Esther Saenz

Esther Saenz, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Esther began their career in 2002 as an Office Manager & Bookkeeper at Key Construction, Inc. After two years, they transitioned to Holly Management Inc, where they worked as an Accountant & Property Manager for six years. In 2010, they joined Desert Water Agency, starting as an Accounting Supervisor and eventually becoming the Finance Director in 2019. Throughout their career, Esther has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, and leadership roles.

Esther Saenz has completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University. Esther also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Project+ from CompTIA and Water Distribution Operator - Grade 1 from the State Water Resources Control Board.
