Tania Remon is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Desgagnés since May 2023, Tania focuses on talent attraction strategies, employer branding, and collaboration on HR projects. Previously, Tania worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Alithya, specializing in recruitment for strategic and change management roles, and held roles at Groupe Perspective and Tilman, where Tania provided recruitment services and HR partnerships.
