James Welch

James Welch has a diverse work experience in various companies. James started their career in 2014 as a Project Operator at Valent BioSciences Corporation, where they worked until 2016. James then transitioned to the role of Process Improvement Specialist at the same company, working from 2016 until 2018. In 2018, they joined The Kraft Heinz Company as a Production Supervisor, where they worked until 2019. Currently, James is serving as the Director Of Research and Development at DesiCorp Inc, a position they have held since September 2019.

James Welch completed their education at the University of Louisville, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Cornell College from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
