Sandip Sen

Sandip Sen is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the outsourcing and customer experience sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Advisor at Sand Technologies since January 2024, Sandip is also the Founder of Carson Business Consulting, which provides strategic advice to global private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions in the BPO/BPM space, as well as outsourcing strategies for high-growth companies. As Managing Director at LitmusWorld since September 2018, Sandip focuses on strategy, growth, and new investments. Previously, Sandip held the position of Global CEO at Aegis Limited from December 2012 to July 2018, overseeing a $1.2 billion customer experience company. Additionally, Sandip served as the Founder and CEO of Customer First Services, which was one of India's pioneering CRM companies before its acquisition by Aegis. Sandip's professional journey includes significant roles at Hutchison Max Telecom and UB Group. Sandip holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and has pursued executive education at Harvard Business School.
