Melissa Condly has an extensive background in Human Resources, with experience working at various companies in different HR roles. Melissa currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Design Build Solutions. Prior to this, Melissa held positions such as Director of Organizational Development at Bruno Builders, and Manager of Workplace Health Safety & People at Sancton Group Inc. Melissa also has experience as the VP of People & Culture at ORB™. Melissa has a strong educational background, having completed the Human Capital Management Program in Human Resources at Queen's University.
