Rebecca Welch

Rebecca Welch has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rebecca started their career in the US Army in 2006, serving as a Sergeant until 2014. Moving on, they joined The Bowen Center where they held various roles, including Human Resources Training Coordinator, Human Resources Employment Coordinator / Recruiter, Human Resources Manager, and Director of Training and Development. In 2018, Rebecca joined Design Collaborative as the Director of Human Resources.
