Sam Rajamanickam

Sam Rajamanickam has extensive experience in the field of architecture, currently serving as a Principal at Design Collective, Inc. since October 1994. In this role, Sam pursues new project opportunities and manages clients. Additionally, Sam works as a Project Manager, leading complex urban mixed-use projects and exploring opportunities in the multi-family and student housing sectors. With a background in architecture from both Morgan State University and Manipal Institute of Technology, Sam has also served as a Visiting Critic/ Juror at Morgan State University, offering guidance to graduating students. Prior to these roles, Sam gained experience through internships at various architectural firms, assisting project teams through different phases of design.
