Lindsay Beard

Lindsay Beard is an experienced building codes professional currently serving as Principal at DC Partnership since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsay held the position of Associate at Design Confidence starting in January 2019 and worked as a Senior Building Surveyor at McKenzie Group Consulting from July 2014 to February 2018, as well as at Randwick City Council from January 2013 to July 2014. Earlier career experience includes tenure as an Environmental Health and Building Surveyor at Blue Mountains City Council from July 2006 to December 2012. Lindsay has a strong educational background with a Graduate Diploma of Building Surveying and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Management from Western Sydney University, complemented by a Diploma of Building Surveying from TAFE NSW.
