Alessandra de Vasconcellos is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Lead Chef at Quiche and Company since January 2014, where responsibilities include food preparation and event assembly. In addition to this role, Alessandra has worked as a Chef at Design Cuisine since 2011 and previously held a position as District Sales Manager at Colonial Life from January to September 2011. Earlier in the career, Alessandra gained experience as an Assistant Project Manager at Braga Construction in 2008. Academic qualifications include a degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completed between 2006 and 2013.
