Rachel Chadderdon

Rachel Chadderdon has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Rachel started their career as a Catering Manager at The Hay Adams Hotel and the Hilton Alexandria Old Town. Rachel then became the Director of Catering at the Westin Embassy Row. Rachel later joined The Westin Grand as the Director of Catering/Convention Services, where they implemented effective marketing plans and exceeded revenue goals. Rachel then served as the Director of Local Catering at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, where they managed the catering department and built a loyal customer base. Rachel also worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and PSAV as an Account Director and Global Sales Manager, respectively. Rachel'smost recent roles include Director of Sales & Marketing at Centerplate, where they partnered with Destination DC and Events DC Sales & Marketing teams, and currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales at Design Cuisine. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated strong leadership, customer relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
