Nicole Moniz

Nicole Moniz currently serves as the Director of Operations and Strategic Advisor at Design Ergonomics since January 2023. Additionally, Nicole has held the position of Office Team Leader at Perfect Smiles Dentistry since January 2007, where responsibilities include managing staff schedules, reducing overhead, leading departments, and developing patient care systems. Nicole also has experience as Chief Executive Officer. Nicole holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist from Cape Cod Community College, completed between 2012 and 2014.
