Jason Brightman has extensive experience in product design and user experience, currently serving as Vice President of Virtual Expert Platform Experience at Intuit since April 2024 and as a founding member of the Design Executive Council since August 2023. Previously, Jason was Vice President and Head of Design and UX at Gopuff from January 2022 to March 2024, and at PayPal from July 2018 to January 2022, where leadership encompassed global design for merchant and consumer experiences. Prior roles include senior design leadership at Amazon, where responsibilities spanned global design for various services and innovative shopping solutions, as well as pivotal UX positions at Apollo Education Group, PCWorld, and Macworld. Jason holds a BFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute.
