Ralph-Montas Osias

Ralph-Montas Osias is currently a Jeannette K. Watson Fellow at the Watson Foundation, where the fellowship aims to cultivate the leadership abilities of outstanding students with a focus on integrity and teamwork. Ralph-Montas serves as President and Delegate for the Model United Nations and holds the position of Restorative Justice Peer Mediator at Macaulay Honors College. Previous roles include Policy Research Assistant at the Center for an Urban Future and internships at the New York State Unified Court System and Federal Defenders of New York Inc. Ralph-Montas has also contributed as a Research Assistant at Thrive for Life and the New York State Neurological Society. Education includes pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy with an Economics Minor at both Macaulay Honors College and John Jay College, having graduated from Regis High School, and participating in Precollege Studies at Cornell University focusing on International Human Rights.
