Ximena O.

Ximena O. serves as the Global Head of Design at Nestlé S.A. since March 2013, leading the design function globally and guiding brand builders in creating meaningful identities and experiences across thousands of brands. Ximena is also a member of the Advisory Council for Design for Good, focusing on human-centered design to improve lives. Previous roles include Director of Brand Design at Kraft Foods for European brands, Vice President at LPK, Director of Content Development & Marketing at MightyWords, Director of Program Management at Interbrand, and Implementation Manager at Landor. Ximena's education includes a BA in Asian Studies from Pomona College and an MA in Latin American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, along with studies at various prestigious institutions.
