Katalina Silva

Katalina Silva is a prominent figure in the design community, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Don Norman Design Award and a Board Member for Design Forward Alliance and World Design Capital San Diego Tijuana 2024. Silva co-founded and acts as Creative Director for Enigma Creative, a multidisciplinary team dedicated to fostering regional and global connections. As Organizer and Creative Director of Tijuana Design Week and a Board Advisor for San Diego Design Week, Katalina promotes interdisciplinary collaboration through various design events. Additionally, Silva hosts the Tijuana chapter of CreativeMornings, engages with the Balboa Park Cultural Partnership's Board of Advisors, and previously held a position as Designer-in-Residence at UCSD Design Lab. Silva graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana Tijuana.
